The building was unremarkable but easy enough to find. You walk up the stairs until you get to the door marked with the same coat of arms on the flyer you picked up.
"This must be the place," you think to yourself.
As you enter the office, you're met by the pleasant aroma of fresh flowers, a soothing melody playing on the orchestrion, and a well-dressed Viera standing by the reception desk.
"Welcome to the Crown of Lesalia!" he greets you warmly. "Are you here to join us, or were you hoping to learn more about our organisation before coming to a decision?"
A playful smile graces his features in response to your question. "Have you hear the tales of the ancient lands of Ivalice?"
Taking one of the larger books displayed on the desk, he opens it up to an archaic-looking map. "The stories say that its capital, Lesalia, was like a beautiful garden at the beating heart of this mighty kingdom. These tales of old were always such a huge inspiration to me, I thought to evoke the same sense of beauty and power in this name."
"Right this way, then." With a wave, he leads you through to take a tour of the rest of the space. "This is merely our recruitment office, but hopefully, it will give you enough of an idea of what we're about."
You spend the next few moments following him as he shows you the amenities. There are lounges, a dressing room, a makeup station, and a full-length studio backdrop. All of which seemed to be designed specifically to doll you up and allow you to strut around and feel your fantasy.
"How do you like it?" he asks after. "I've done my best to ensure I have everything our talent could possibly need. I'm sure any one of them could attest to the quality of our facilities."
"Wonderful!" His hands clap together in delight. "I knew we'd have a new member of the court the moment you walked in."
He then walks over to the table and pulls out a pair of goblets and a bottle from one cabinet, and a piece of paper from another. "Let me welcome you to Lesalia, and let's get the formalities out of the way and then we can have a drink to celebrate."
"Oh, take all the time you need." comes the disarmingly unbothered reply. "The Crown of Lesalia's doors will always be open to those who belong."
Whether the cryptic message meant to count you among those who did or not was just as ambiguous as his expression. He does not rush you to the exit, but says nothing more and only smiles politely and hands you a brochure as he escorts you the rest of the way until you do decide to leave.

At a Glance.
At first glance, the Crown of Lesalia's primary purpose as an organisation seems to be the managing talent of various sorts. Its members are talented performers, entertainers, storytellers, and otherwise artistically inclined individuals who come to Lesalia to help manage them.However, one need not look too hard to realise that Lesalia's standards in accepting new members into their ranks have less to do with actual talent, and more on the whims of it's proprietor, Aringrimr Ymir.In reality, the only true metric of whether one is fit to join is how well you fit in to Arin's idea of a 'friend'. Individuals who are in need of a found family or support are often more likely to be welcomed, and despite the actual business in place, the eccentric nature of Lesalia and it's members can sometimes make it feel more like a very strange charity.

History.
The Crown of Lesalia's humble origin began more than a decade ago in Kugane. Not quite yet the formal organisation is is today, would-be entertainers and performers looking to make it big would often flock to the office of one Aringrimr Ymir- a businessman known to have a penchant of giving his coin away to just about anyone who asked. It's rumoured that what is now Lesalia's headquarters was built when a particularly beneficiary of his kindness asked to have somewhere to live in the heart of Kugane itself.Slowly, as people would come and go, more and more time and effort would come to be spent on this operation that eventually, formalising it into a legal entity just seemed the logical next step. Lesalia enjoyed modest success for the next few years in Hingashi, catering to mostly the theatre.As it continued to keep fluctuating in its residents, and in line with the new business he was beginning to get in Eorzea, Aringrimr decided to look into expanding Lesalia's operations into Aldenard; but he would need more connections. For the past year, he had been accruing connections of all sorts in order to make Lesalia an international operation, and now at long last, it begins to take shape.As to what adventures lie ahead, all that's left is to wait and see...
Company Venues
The Crown of Lesalia complex is a number of buildings located at the far edge of Kugane, just outside the main city overlooking the Ruby Sea. Each building serve different purposes across the various aspectsof business the company is engaged with.Out of character, though each building has specific functions within the company story, visitors are welcome to make use of the facilities at any time, except for when the buildings are to be used for exclusive events. Also note that though in separate wards, the Front of House & Main House buildings are canonically adjacent to each other.
Front of House

The Front of House of the Crown of Lesalia complex is the area most accessible to guests. The Front of House is made up of The Crown Izakaya, a traditional Hingan establishment that serves both alcoholic beverages as well as teas and other refreshments, and The Crown Theater, an elegant hall that provides a stage, dancefloor and balcony seating. The Izakaya can accommodate up to 50 guests at a given time, while the Ballroom is only intended for up to 25 guests at a time.The Izakaya is most often open on Thursday or Friday evenings. In the Crown of Lesalia, she is typically in the library, organizing and upkeeping the books. On occasion, she's had to make a few repairs to the tomes as well.

♛ LGBT+. While you do not have to be a member of the LGBT+ community to join, this is first and foremost an LGBT+ group and should be kept a safe space.
♛ 18+. We are a non-judgmental roleplaying group that may sometimes skew towards more mature themes and conversations. As such, we require any potential members to be of age to join.

Join us anyway! You can still hang out on the discord with us. Non-FC members will have some limitations to what they can do and participate in within the discord, but besides we'd still value the company.

The Crown of Lesalia has decided to bring the delightful Eorzean tradition of All Saint's Wake to Hinganshi! Join the court on Sunday, October 30 from 3:00PM to 6:00PM (AEDT) for some revelry and mischief. Come dressed in costume and enjoy some fun games, refreshments, and great company.
Tricks or Treats?
Take part in party games and get the chance to win fun little trinkets and prizes. Look for the staff who will be marked with the green 'Looking for Party' icon. There is no fee to have to play any of the games.
Full Metamorphosis
Take part in our Glam Contest! Come dressed in an outfit that you think best showcases the theme 'Transformation', and stand a chance to win some fabulous prizes, such as Fae Crown Weapons, Barding, or One Million gil!The Glam contest will begin at 4:30PM (AEDT). Participants will be called to the side of the stage and given the chance to strut their stuff and give a quick description of their costume.The judges will be scoring based on the following criteria: Creativity, Uniqueness, Adherence to Theme, and a little bonus for their presentation.

None whatsoever! Just feel free to drop in at your own leisure. However, if you wish to join the glam contest, you must be there when the participants are being called to the stage and be there to claim your prize, should you win.♛ Is this event meant to be In-Character or Out-Of -Character?
While this is a roleplay event, we understand that it might be a little difficult to think up a costume that makes sense in-character. So we recommend suspending a little bit of your disbelief for the glam contest segment of the event.♛ What if I'm not comfortable roleplaying?
While our staff will be in-character throughout the event, we won't pressure you into interacting in any way that you are not comfortable with! You're free to just come and hang out, but please be aware other participants may be there purely to RP.♛ Do I need to pay for food and drinks?
